Please use the measurement chart! These are custom made shoes so the sizing is a little different. We go off the EU Number. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders. Unless the size you received is NOT the size you ordered (based on the EU number) We will not accept any exchanges or returns. Also if the shoes arrive damaged or ate incorrect all together.. Again we will need evidence (Pictures) Proving the issue at hand. If we accept the exchange/return we will provide the next steps to take.
The Logistic companies we use are Fedex, UPS, USPS, and DHL
Please understand that due to the pandemic shipping times have taken a hit. Meaning lack of drivers, and delays all over the world shipping times may take longer then others. However we will keep you informed the entire time. We will provide you with the tracking number when it posts. Not to mention we will monitor the shipment as well. Shipping times take 10-20 business days generally once they ship.
